We are pegged into the rules and principles of a globally linked up world. Increasingly the impact of our actions becomes visible by the abundance of accessible information. And suddenly our self-perception begins to unravel: Having arranged us with a Western lifestyle, a liberal-democratic way of thinking, we become perpetrators. The awareness of standing on the proper side, to belong to the good guys, disappears.
