Mad House Helsinki has a new Managing Director!

We are pleased to announce that Marianne Savallampi has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Mad House Helsinki. Marianne has been part of the Mad House team as a producer since 2022.

"I'm excited about the new role, even though the organization and the tasks are already mostly familiar. I want to contribute to promoting the visibility of performance art and highlighting its importance in these times when culture is under threat of being diminished", commented Savallampi.

"Marianne has been an important part of Mad House since the beginning of 2022, first as a producer and now as Managing Director. With the transition of the previous Managing Director, Emmi Vainio, we thought long  about the role and the final choice seemed the best fit for the continuity of operations. I look forward to Marianne's tenure with the vision she brings with the experience and the confidence she brings with her knowledge of the house," said Pie Kär, Chairperson of the Board of Mad House.
